Our self service kiosks are designed as a complete end-to-end solution. They can be used for an information kiosk, accepting cash & cheque transactions, bill printing, value added services, mode of customer feedback, form generation, complaints registration and many more services. The scope is endless as it uses latest computing technologies along with a customized user interface via touch screen. The kiosks can be real-time online to the utility server & network. We also successfully support offline payments.
TSI has deployed over 400 automated self-service kiosks for various clients across India. The kiosk offers the end customer options to get duplicate bills, access their billing information pay their bills via cash or Cheque or debit/credit card and importantly receive an instant receipt of the transaction.
